  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
