Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x Honey melon, peeled, diced, stoned
  • 1/2 x Watermelon, peeled, diced, stoned
  • 500 ml Passum
  •     Little bit of honey (or possibly passum)
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  •     Little bit of liquamen -or possibly-
  • 1 dsh Salt
  •     Poleiminze, silphium, vinegar, if wanted
