Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 slices peper jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon Spicy Ranch dressing (I use the one made by Hidden Valley Ranch--it is more ranchy than spicy)
- melted butter
- Preheat your skillet, griddle or sandwich maker
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with the melted butter
Spread the dressing on the inside of each slice of bread and build your sandwich with the cheese slices.
Put the sandwiches together, butter side out.
Cook each sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
