Receta Pepper Jack Hamburger
No need to go to fast food place when you can make a tasty burger at home. Add your favorite toppings.
Pepper Jack Hamburger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 8 slices bread
- 12 slices pepper jack cheese
- mayonnaise
- ketchup
- lettuce
Directions:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt , pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, worcestershire sauce and liquid. Form into 4 patties.
Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink.
Spread mayonnaise on 8 slices of bread. Then add 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, place hamburger patty, then drizzle ketchup, place lettuce, than add additional slice of pepper jack cheese, than add the top bread.
