Pepper Maida Chips Recipe
Ingredients:
- Maida – 2 cups
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida Powder – a pinch
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Combine the maida with salt, pepper powder, asafoetida powder and little oil.
2. Mix well until thick.
3. Make small, thick puris and cut them into desired shapes (diamond, squares or rectangles).
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Fry the chips till light golden brown.
6. Remove and drain excess oil.
7. Serve as a snack.
