Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. (4 ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. (4 ounce) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 x bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 lb Jalapenos, halved lengthwise & seeded
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Lowfat sour cream, onion dip, or possibly ranch dressing (your choice)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bacon & seasonings; mix well.
  3. Spoon about 2 Tbs into each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in greased 15x10x1" baking pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 300 degrees for 20 min for mild flavor, 30 min for medium flavor, or possibly 40 min for Warm.
  5. Serve poppers with lowfat sour cream, onion dip, or possibly ranch dressing.
  6. YIELD: 2 dozen
