Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. (each) butter, Crisco, white sugar, brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Direcciones

  1. Sift first 3 ingredients; set aside; cream next 7 ingredients together; slowly beat in flour mix. Divide dough into fourths; cover; refrigerate1 hour. Preheat to 375 degrees; on lightly floured board, roll each fourth to 1/8 inch thickness; cut with 2 1/2 inch heart-shaped cutter. Place half the cutouts on ungreased sheets; spread with teaspoonful of filling. Top with remaining cut-outs; seal edges. Bake 9 to 10 min and cold. Drizzle with peppermint icing and chocolate drizzle. Makes 25 to 30.
