Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh grnd pepperoni or possibly Italian sausage
  • 3 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets about 15 min.
  2. Makes about 50 one inch balls.
  3. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and baked at last minute.
