- IN a large nonstick skillet spray pan with cooking spray add steaks over med to high heat to get brown remove and keep warm
- Reduce heat add broth and wine to loosen browned bits,cook till reduced by half add butter and flour and whisk till smooth
- add ketchup and mustard and Worcestershire sauce bring to a sloiw boil
- return steaks to the pan add the mushrooms cook 4-5 min for med rare add salt and freshly ground pepper and serve with the garlic mased potatoue and the beefsteak tomatoes and my peppery mashed potatoes...my recipe for the biscuits will follow
