Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp. catsup
  • 1/8 teaspoon green pepper
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill or possibly 1/4 teaspoon dill seed

Direcciones

  1. Cut beef into 1/4 inch slices and cut again across grain into 1/2 inch wide strips. Heat butter. Add in beef and sear over high heat. Remove as it browns. Set aside. In remaining warm butter, saute/fry onion, garlic and mushrooms till golden brown. Remove from heat. Add in flour, catsup, salt and pepper. Stir till smooth. Gradually add in bouillon, bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 min. Add in wine, dill and lowfat sour cream. Stir. Add in beef, simmer just till warm. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
