Receta Perfect Beef Stroganoff

- Cut beef into 1/4 inch slices and cut again across grain into 1/2 inch wide strips. Heat butter. Add in beef and sear over high heat. Remove as it browns. Set aside. In remaining warm butter, saute/fry onion, garlic and mushrooms till golden brown. Remove from heat. Add in flour, catsup, salt and pepper. Stir till smooth. Gradually add in bouillon, bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 min. Add in wine, dill and lowfat sour cream. Stir. Add in beef, simmer just till warm. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
