Receta Perfect Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes

1 c. cool lowfat milk 2 tbsp. instantized flour (Wondra) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. (2 ounce.) shredded cheddar or possibly processed American cheese

Direcciones

1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir cheese into warm sauce till melted. Serve over vegetables, open-face sandwiches, macaroni or possibly egg dishes. Makes 1 c..
