Perfect Corn Bread Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. yellow corn meal
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. shortening

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour with sugar, baking pwdr and salt; stir in corn meal. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and shortening. Beat with rotary or possibly electric beater till just smooth. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full or possibly pour into muffin liners. Bake in warm oven 425 degrees for 15-20 min.
