  •     Butter
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper

  1. Husk and remove silk from ears of corn. Place in a large pot and add in just sufficient water to cover. Heat covered over high heat to boiling, then boil 2-3 min. Drain. Serve warm with butter, salt and pepper. 77 calories per ear of corn.
