Ingredientes

  • 8 piece cut-up chicken
  •     Seasoned flour, (1 c. flour, 1 Tbsp. paprika, 1 tsp. black pepper)
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Seasoned flour, (see above)
  • 16 ounce Chicken stock

Direcciones

  1. Heat skillet and add in 1/4 c. butter. Mix flour, paprika, black pepper. Dip chicken in seasoned flour and brown chicken on each side and cover pan.
  2. Cook chicken over medium heat for about 20 min (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Remove chicken; add in 2 Tbsp. seasoned flour to pan to make the roux (gravy). Whip chicken stock into pan and pour over chicken.
