Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, shortening and baking pwdr till crumbly. Add in water and salt.
  2. Mix lightly till forming a ball. Roll out, using a little flour.
  3. Remember: You can make as many crusts as you want. Use 1/2 as much shortening as flour and 1/2 as much water as shortening. You will always have a perfect pie crust.
