Receta Perfect Potato Rolls

- Cook potatoes in sufficient water to reserve 1 1/2 c.. Don't SALT potatoes. Stir Crisco into warm mashed potatoes, add in sugar and salt. Mix well. Beat in Large eggs. Dissolve yeast in hot potato water. Add.
- Gradually mix in flour. Store in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Two hrs prior to baking, roll batter 1/4-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter, dip in melted butter and mix in half. Place on baking pan and let rolls rise in hot place till doubled (approximately 2 hrs). Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
