Perfectly Easy Pepperoni Bread

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 - 1 c. finely minced pepperoni
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf French bread dough
  • Melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1/4 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg with fork. Add in Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepperoni; mix well. Roll out bread dough, 1/2 loaf at a time, to about 5 x 7 inches. Brush with melted butter, then spread pepperoni mix proportionately over dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over all. Roll up like jelly roll. Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Tuck ends in. Let raise 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 min or possibly till golden. Brush with butter. Makes 2 loaves.
