Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Lasagna noodles, cooked and liquid removed
  • 12 x 14 med. potatoes
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 x To 3/4 pound oleo
  • 2 med Onions, minced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions in the oleo, place half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Boil potatoes and make coarse mashed potatoes with a little lowfat milk.
  3. Mix in half the cheese. Layer noodles, spread with half the potato mix. Repeat. Place another layer of noodles on top. Spread remaining onions and oleo over top. Use other half of cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till golden brown.
