Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (extra lg.)
  • 1 c. hot water

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and salt, make a well. Add in egg and water (that has been previously mixed together). Knead till soft and smooth. Add in more flour if needed. Let dough rest for 10 min under a bowl.
  2. Roll out on a floured board. (Don't "flip" dough.) Roll out proportionately (not too thin). Cut into circles about 1 1/2 inch.
