- Heat 1 oz of the butter in a large pan and saute/fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add in the chicken to the pan with the stock and seasoning. Cover and simmer for 1 hour till tender.
- Heat the remaining butter in a pan and lightly cook the parsley, chives, mint and coriander to flavor the butter. Add in to the chicken, then stir in the minced walnuts, orange juice and rind. Simmer for 30 min.
- If liked, stir in the beaten Large eggs just before serving. Accompany with noodles or possibly rice.
