Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Matzo cake meal
  • 6 Tbsp. Potato starch
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt Vanilla sugar, or possibly 1 tsp vanilla ext
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr, Pesach type
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 c. Nonfat yogurt
  • 2/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg, or possibly 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. Chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust till combined.
  2. Add in chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or possibly oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 min at 400F.
