Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 lb Warm breakfast sausage, without skin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh-grnd black pepper
  • 3 med Onions, minced
  • 1 x Green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 x Green jalapeno chili peppers, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 5 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 4 1/2 ounce Barbecue sauce, (1/4 bottle)
  • 6 1/2 ounce Tomato paste, (1 can)
  • 12 ounce Tomato sauce, (1 can)
  • 12 ounce Beer, (1 can)
  • 1 quart Water
  • 32 ounce Red kidney beans, (2 cans)
  •     I prefer chili style
  • 1 dsh Cornstarch, to thicken

Direcciones

  1. Brown meats, drain all fat, saute/fry onions and peppers. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least 4 hrs over low heat stirring occasionally. Thicken just before serving with a cornstarch and water mix if necessary. If color is too light, add in a few drops of gravy master.
