Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Active Yeast
  • 8 ounce Scalded Lowfat milk
  • 1 lb Bread Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 ounce Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 ounce Butter

Direcciones

  1. Glaze(Optional)
  2. 1 Ounce Sugar2 Tbsp lowfat milk
  3. Use the dough cycle.
  4. Divide dough into 16 pcs, shape into rolls and bake at 375F for 20-25 min.
  5. Use thermometer to check doneness.
  6. If you like glaze the hot buns with sugar and lowfat milk.
  7. NOTES : Since Santa bought me a precision kitchen scale, I am free to use the recipes in my european cookbooks.
  8. The following rolls turned out excellent yesterday. To make Pain au chocolate, break a 14 ounce. piece of chocolate into 16 pcs and place in the middle of the rolls.
