Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. green bell pepper
  • 2 green jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lg. green chili peppers
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3-4 fresh tomatoes, minced
  • 12 ounce water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon chili pwdr, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic

Direcciones

  1. Finely minced green and jalapeno peppers; put in stainless steel pot. Add in tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil; simmer 5 min. Add in garlic, salt, chili pwdr to taste. Take off heat. Add in minced tomatoes. Cool and serve.
