Receta Philly Chesesteak Quesadillas

Ingredientes

1 package Frozen chopped steaks or steak um if you have to 1 pack large flower tortillas (10 count) 1 onion 1green bell pepper 1/2 stick of butter

mushrooms(optional) 1 lb provolone cheese jalapenos (optional) garlic powder

Direcciones

1. finely dice onions and peppers
2. finely chop jalapenos and and mushrooms (if using )
3. shred cheese
4. cook steak in saute pan with onions and peppers and mushrooms
5. add some garlic powder to meat and veggie mix
6. prepare second pan large enough for the tortillas to fit in
7. add butter to pan or use light veggie oil
8. place tortilla in buttered pan
9. add cheese
10. add steak and veggie mixture
11. sprinkle more cheese on top
12. add top layer of tortilla
13. cook on medium heat
14. flip and repeat till golden brown and flaky
15. cut into wedges
16. repeat for desired amount of guests
17. enjoy
