Ingredientes

  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 bn chives cut 1 1/2 "lengths
  • 2 c. cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

Direcciones

  1. Soak the bean sprouts and chives in the cool, salted water for 1 day. Keep in the refrigerator. Drain before serving. Strips of carrot can also be added.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
