Ingredientes

  • 6 hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. beet liquid
  • 1/3 c. white or possibly brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sm. onion, minced about 1/4 c.
  • 4 whole cloves

Direcciones

  1. Place peeled Large eggs in bowl or possibly jar. Mix vinegar, beet liquid, salt, sugar, onion and cloves. Pour over Large eggs. Cover and chill at least 2 days. SPICED PICKLED Large eggs: Substitute 2 c. white vinegar in place of cider vinegar and beet juice.
