Pickled Eggs

Great way to spice up the average hard boiled egg.

Ingredientes

  • 12-16 hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 2 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pickling spices
  • 1 jar pickled beets

Direcciones

  1. Peel eggs and place into large jar.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in an enamel saucepan.
  3. Heat to boiling point. Reduce heat and heat for 8 min.
  4. Pour over eggs and wait at least 24 hrs before eating (to give eggs time to pickle and absorb flavor).
