- In a saute/fry pan, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is warm, saute/fry the cabbages for 2 min. Add in the ginger and garlic. Stir in the vinegar. Season with sesame oil. Stir in the minced cilantro and saute/fry for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cold. Season with salt and pepper.
- This recipe yields about 2 c. of slaw.
