Pickled Green Beans

Ingredientes

  • 2 pound whole green beans
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 head of dill
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salt

Direcciones

  1. Pack 1/4 of green beans into each of 4 sterilized jars.
  2. Bring vinegar, salt, and water to a boil. Pour liquid over beans. Sprinkle top of liquid with 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Place dill on top.
  3. Seal and sterilize in warm water bath for 10 min.
  4. Makes a great zesty snack or possibly stirer for martinis.
