Ingredientes

  • 4 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Separate onions into rings and cover with boiling water. Let stand while mixing vinegar, water, etc. Drain boiling water from onions and add in vinegar mix. Marinate and refrigerateat least an hour - but best if overnight. Keeps well in refrigerator for a few days.
