It’s official. Pico De Gallo is now my new favorite go-to salsa.
It is so simple, so fresh, and insanely delicious. Oh! I did I mention you only need 5 ingredients?
Yep. Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeño, and some lime juice. That is all it takes to make a salsa good enough to bring tears to your eyes and smiles to your belly.

Clean & Delicious Pico De Gallo Salsa
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- ½ chopped white onion
- 1/2- seeded jalapeno
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime
- ¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Enjoy!
Makes about 2 cups of salsa.
