Ingredientes

  • 5 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar
  • Water

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Combine beaten egg and vinegar in a measuring c.. Add in sufficient water to equal 1 c.. Add in liquid all at once to flour mix. Mix with fork to create into a ball. Shape dough into 8 individual balls. Store in freezer bags in freezer. Thaw in refrigerator.
  2. If when using, you don't use entire ball you can refreeze remnants with other dough. You can also store dough in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 8 crusts.
