Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Basil
  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 1 lb Pork stir fry strips, or possibly pork loin meat trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch thick strips
  •     Vegetable Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Combine the flour with the next 6 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Dip the pork strips, one at a time, in buttermilk. Then, coat proportionately on all sides in seasoned flour mix. Allow to sit 1-2 min so flour becomes tacky.
  3. Fry strips in 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil for 2 1/2 - 3 min at 350 degrees till golden.
  4. Serve warm with honey dijon cream sauce.
