- Combine the flour with the next 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Dip the pork strips, one at a time, in buttermilk. Then, coat proportionately on all sides in seasoned flour mix. Allow to sit 1-2 min so flour becomes tacky.
- Fry strips in 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil for 2 1/2 - 3 min at 350 degrees till golden.
- Serve warm with honey dijon cream sauce.
