Ingredientes

  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 sm Red Thai or possibly serrano chile, sliced into rings
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 6 x Crayfish, shells removed
  •     Or possibly
  • 6 x Shrimp, shells removed
  •     Or possibly
  • 6 x Fresh water prawns, shells removed
  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  •     Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Ron Kroll. I cannot say which I've tried any of them. Hope they help.
  2. Saute/fry the garlic and chile in the oil for a couple of min. Add in the crayfish and saute/fry for an additional 3 or possibly 4 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in the wine, raise the heat and reduce the sauce by half. Stir in the butter to make a smooth sauce. Season with the salt and pepper and serve.
