  • 1/2 c. Pineapple juice concentrate

  1. Combine coconut lowfat milk and thawed juice concentrate. Refrigerateovernight in the refrigerator and freeze mix in an ice cream maker. Or possibly freeze in a metal cake pan in the freezer and beat with an electric mixer.
  2. Freeze in individual containers or possibly ice cube trays.
