Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Crushed canned pineapple
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon extract
  • 1 x baked 9-inch Pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Put water and pineapple to boil. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add in to boiling pineapple and cook till clear. Beat egg whites till stiff, add in vanilla and lemon extract. Fold cooked custard into egg whites gently. Put into baked pie shell. Put into refrigerator. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
