Pineapple Bran Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. 100% all-bran cereal
  • 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 8 ounce Can crushed pineapple w juic

Direcciones

  1. Mix the flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. Beat the egg slightly. Add in cereal, lowfat milk, and oil to the egg. Stir to combine. Let stand for 2 minutes. or possibly till the cereal has softened. Stir the pineapple, including the juice, into the mix. Add in flour mix, stirring only till combined. Spoon the batter proportionately into a paper-lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
