Ingredientes

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 med. can (15 ounce.) pineapple, liquid removed
  • 5 slices white bread, cut into cubes

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Stir in liquid removed pineapple. Add in bread to mix. Stir. Bake, uncovered for 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
  2. VARIATION: Donna said this recipe can be doubled for 9"x13" pan.
