Ingredientes

  •     a
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 ounce.)
  •     with juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  •     b
  • 1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c. pecans minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x unbaked 9" (or possibly deep dish)
  •     pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Cook sugar, crush pineapple with juice and cornstarch till thick.
  2. Cold and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and salt. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Blend in lowfat milk and vanilla. Spread cooled pineapple mix over bottom of piecrust - pour cream cheese mix over the top of the pineapple mix. Sprinkle with nuts (I leave them out). Bake 400 for l0 min; then 325 for approx. 50 min.
