Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 4 lg. Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce.) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 (9") unbaked pie shell
  • 3 tbsp. corn meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, stirring till blended. Stir in butter, coconut and pineapple. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till set. Cover with aluminum foil after 40 min.
