Pineapple Cream Cheese Puffs

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1 (2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Put in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.Note: Use only 1/2 of nuts in butter, the rest for frosting.
  2. Mix together till thick and smooth. Spread on puffs and top with remaining nuts.
