Pineapple & Ginger BBQ Ribs

The flavors are over the moon in this sauce, grill these ribs and they are so flavorful and tender. You'll love them-we sure do!

Ingredientes

  • One rack of Ribs
  • For the BBQ Sauce: 1/4 cup Pineapple juice, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 teaspoon grated ginger root, dash or two of onion powder, dash of garlic salt, dash of cumin, dash of paprika. In a sauce pan on low heat add all sauce ingredients, stir to well combine and warm through
  • Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs and grill 8 minutes, flip over and re-coat with lots of BBQ sauce and cook 8 more minutes, flip and coat two more times to ensure doneness and a nice layer of BBQ sauce.
  • Cut ribs and serve.
  • Great meal with baked potatoes and a salad!
  • Enjoy!
