Pineapple Inside Out Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 can (15.5-ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil
  • 6 x Maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Pineapple syrup

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 c. undrained crushed pineapple, Large eggs, oil and sugar; beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 min. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till center springs back when lightly touched. Cold, right side up, for 15 min. Remove from pan; cold. Drain remaining pineapple. Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup; drizzle over cake to glaze allowing some to run down the sides and center. Top with liquid removed pineapple and cherries.
