Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup chopped pineapple (1)

In the same pan roast the nuts and raisins until they become golden colour. Keep aside.
Add a cup of water in the same pan. Bring it to a boil. Then reduce the flame to medium low and add the roasted rava gradually while stirring it continuously in one hand.
Cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes until the smeolina is fully cooked.
Then add the pineapple puree and sugar and mix well. Add the remaining ghee and stir until it becomes semi solid mixture.
Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
Notes
The amount of pine apple depends on how sour it is. So add puree accordingly and based on this, adjust the amount of sugar.
