Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk or possibly skim lowfat milk
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 2 egg whites or possibly 2 ounce. egg substitute
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the lowfat milk, 1 can crushed pineapple with juice, egg whites and oil in a bowl or possibly blender. Combine the ingredients and mix. Drain second can of pineapple and add in to mix. Line muffin pans with baking c. and fill with batter. Bake for 17 min. Makes 12 muffins.
