Receta Pineapple Rum Frozen Yogurt

- Preparation Time: 30 min
- Yield: 2 c., 4 servings
- Combine pineapple, rum and brown sugar in small bowl. Let stand 10 min.
- Place frzn yogurt in large bowl. Fold in pineapple-rum mix using a potato masher. Cover and freeze 15 min, or possibly till ready to serve.
- Scoop frzn yogurt into 4 serving dishes and top with toasted coconut, if you like. Serve immediately.
- Note: Toast coconut in a small, dryskillet till golden brown, stirring often, about 5 min. (Each Tbsp. of coconut adds 15 calories and 1 gram of fat.)
