Receta Pineapple Strawberry Parfait

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in ice to reserved juice to make 1 1/4 c.. Add in to gelatin; stir till thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
- Mix 1/2 c. of the thickened gelatin with the whipped topping. Add in pineapple to remaining gelatin and pour into dessert glasses. Top with whipped topping mix. Refrigerateabout 1 hour or possibly till set. Garnish with additional pineapple, if you like. Makes 4 servings.
