Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Diced Pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 c. Angel Food Cake Cubed
  • 1 tsp Sweetened Coconut Flakes Toasted
  •     Pineapple Leaves Optional

Direcciones

  1. Combine pineapple and brown sugar in bowl; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Combine yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer till smooth. Set aside. Place 1/4 c. cake cubes in each of 2 parfait glasses; top each with 2 Tbsp. yogurt mix and 1/4 c. pineapple mix. Repeat layers; top with remaining yogurt mix. Chill, if you like. Garnish each with 1/2 tsp. coconut and a pineapple leaf, if you like.
