Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. shredded zucchini
  • 8 ounce. can crushed liquid removed pineapple
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Raisins or possibly nuts or possibly dates (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla till thick. Stir in rest of ingredients and blend well. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
